What you will do
- Own and redefine relationships with C-level stakeholders to position the agency as a critical business partner.
- Drive innovation and thought leadership by challenging internal teams to produce transformative work.
- Provide final quality assurance for strategic outputs to ensure they meet the highest standards.
- Manage the value proposition and commercial model to ensure long-term account health.
- Identify opportunities to leverage broader network capabilities to solve complex client problems.
- Mentor and cultivate talent to inspire teams and upend the status quo.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in digital, media, and marketing strategy.
- Proven agency experience leading integrated teams across Creative and Media.
- Strong consultative gravity with a history of turning at-risk accounts into growth accounts.
- Expertise in navigating complex client organizations and creating resonant narratives.
- Ability to proactively sense and mitigate risk to ensure zero client attrition.
- Willingness to practice radical candor with both clients and internal teams.
