• Monitor claim severity trends, litigation rates, and indemnity performance.
• Mentor and develop regional field claims leaders and adjusting staff nationwide.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree required; Juris Doctor or advanced degree preferred.
• Active adjuster license with the ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• 7+ years of progressive property claims experience, including third-party and commercial property.
• Proficiency in property estimating practices and Xactware products.
• Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing large, geographically dispersed field claims teams.
