What you will do

• Pursue property subrogation recovery opportunities for residential and commercial claims.
• Investigate origin and cause, coordinate with experts, and negotiate recoveries.
• Evaluate liability to drive fair and timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with the VP of Claims to maintain world-class service levels.
• Utilize an AI-native platform to eliminate repetitive manual work and focus on professional judgment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience handling property subrogation claims (residential and/or commercial).
• Active Adjuster License.
• Experience with origin and cause investigation, expert coordination, and recovery negotiation.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with change in a high-growth environment.
