What you will do

• Gather and analyze financial statements, earnings reports, and operational data.
• Construct and own complex financial models to determine the value of healthcare-related entities.
• Perform due diligence and draft comprehensive valuation reports.
• Review own work and peer deliverables to ensure high quality and accuracy.
• Participate in client calls and site visits as required.
• Contribute to internal and external thought leadership content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven experience in financial modeling.
• Must be based in or able to work from Denver, Nashville, or Dallas offices.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial theory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a client-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Pursuit of professional certifications such as CFA, NACVA, ASA, or CPA.
