What you will do

• Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes and reconciliations.
• Analyze operating expenses, revenue trends, cash flow, and profitability.
• Develop dashboards and presentations to support cross-functional decision-making.
• Improve the structure and usability of financial reporting packages and planning tools.
• Ensure data integrity across all financial spreadsheets and source systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Richmond, CA.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and their relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and model organization.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
