What you will do

• Analyze financial statements of commercial borrowers, assign risk ratings, and provide recommendations to mitigate risk.
• Prepare accurate credit proposals for lines of credit, bailment, and chassis financing.
• Interface with dealership personnel, customers, and sales teams to obtain necessary financial data.
• Manage annual renewals of lines of credit with an emphasis on customer retention.
• Mentor Fleet Credit Analysts and Fleet Credit Specialists.
• Utilize AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to improve workflow efficiency, research, and content generation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in commercial underwriting and automotive commercial vehicle lending.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting, financial statement analysis, and cash flow.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel applications.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Salesforce.com.
• Understanding of commercial lending within captive automotive dealership financing.
• Experience evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias.
