Location: Hybrid in Singapore (office attendance 2x/week required)

What you will do
- Lead advisory engagements to help clients define business objectives and align solutions for value drive.
- Provide strategic guidance on the selection, implementation, and optimization of ’s solutions.
- Develop and present business cases, ROI models, and value assessments to senior client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities through tailored proposals.
- Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions on industry best practices.
- Mentor and support junior consultants within the Value Advisory team.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in value advisory, management consulting, or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of the investment management value-chain on the buy-side.
- Expertise in management consulting practices including capability mapping and strategic portfolio management.
- Proficiency in value selling and ROI modeling frameworks.
- Must be based in Singapore and available to attend the office 2x/week.
- Willingness to travel as required.
