What you will do

• Manage a personal caseload of claims primarily in the County Court with some High Court litigation.
• Analyze voluminous quantum evidence and medical records to identify key issues and instruct experts.
• Draft technical advice regarding indemnity, liability, quantum, and causation.
• Interview witnesses, draft statements, and prepare pleadings and applications.
• Attend court, mediations, and joint consultations in person or remotely.
• Communicate effectively with insurer clients and maintain case management systems.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor or proven relevant legal experience required.
• Experience in indemnity, liability, and quantum analysis.
• Understanding of litigation practice, Court Practice Rules, and case law.
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workloads effectively.
