What you will do

  • Handle a caseload of healthcare claims under supervision, including breach of duty and causation analysis.
  • Prepare court documents, chronologies, and reports for insurer clients.
  • Liaise with insured parties, experts, and witnesses to progress claims efficiently.
  • Maintain digital files and case management systems in compliance with client SLAs.
  • Support senior lawyers with complex tasks and client relationship management.
  • Ensure accurate billing and reserve management across all assigned files.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK (London, Bolton, Liverpool, or Manchester).
  • Higher education degree or equivalent experience in the legal sector.
  • Proven experience in clinical negligence claims or litigation processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and work calmly under pressure.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and legal case management tools.
