What you will do

• Manage a varied caseload of litigated matters under supervision.
• Support the delivery of high-quality service to key insurance clients.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Contribute to tender submissions, client pitches, and marketing initiatives.
• Assist in developing strategies to respond to and manage opponent behaviours.

Requirements

• Newly Qualified solicitor up to 2 years PQE with litigation experience.
• Experience with defendant work.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience working with case management systems.

Nice to have

• Experience within an insurance-focused litigation practice.
• Interest in business development and client engagement.
