What you will do
- Monitor national coverage and resolve network gaps by region, trade, or time of day to ensure 24/7 resilience.
- Manage contractor commercial agreements, rate structures, and financial performance to reduce leakage and optimize value.
- Build collaborative relationships with contractors and conduct performance audits to ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
- Provide operational oversight for 24/7 dispatch teams and lead escalation management for complex cases.
- Ensure all contractors maintain required certifications, insurance, and health & safety standards.
- Utilize MI dashboards to track KPIs including attendance times, job completion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong contractor and supplier management experience in emergency services, insurance, utilities, or field-service operations.
- Proven ability to manage the financial performance and commercial benefits of contractor networks.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational and financial data.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Full UK driving licence is required for travel.
- Background in home emergency, insurance claims, or property services.

- Experience specifically within the Home Emergency and Social Housing sectors.
