What you will do

  • Chair regular meetings with Investment Manager customers to ensure they achieve success with hirify.global’s products.
  • Troubleshoot system failures and investigate complex customer queries.
  • Build and maintain data connectors for existing and new data sources.
  • Support release testing on new features and enhancements prior to customer releases.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive process documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to automate customer service activities.

Requirements

  • Strong technical skill set combined with experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience supporting or developing computer systems.
  • Experience analyzing complex data or technical issues and managing technical teams for resolution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in the Asset Management industry is preferred.
