What you will do

• Translate complex AI-generated outputs into intuitive, actionable product capabilities and workflows.
• Drive the product roadmap by identifying opportunities where AI can proactively solve user pain points.
• Benchmark AI-driven engagement patterns across the SaaS landscape to create habit-forming experiences.
• Lead the strategy and execution for Rocket Copilot, identifying "magic moments" to surface value to users.
• Analyze behavioral metrics to measure the business impact of AI-driven insights on recurring revenue and LTV.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of software Product Development experience, preferably with B2B or B2C SaaS products.
• At least 4 years focused on optimizing AI-driven user engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or relevant professional experience.
• Ability to combine strong product sense with business acumen to deliver positive outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically, problem-solve, and engage in respectful debate.

Nice to have

• Experience building or launching products that leverage agentic AI systems.
• Experience in the legal tech industry.
