What you will do

• Lead product strategy for an agentic AI framework enabling autonomous and semi-autonomous agents across clinical, operational, and administrative domains.
• Transform high-friction manual workflows such as intake, documentation, and billing into AI-driven, agent-orchestrated processes.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and requirements to delivery, adoption, and iteration.
• Partner with engineering to define agent architecture, tool usage, context management, and orchestration logic.
• Ensure all agentic workflows align with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and clinical safety standards.
• Engage directly with customers to validate pain points and co-design agentic solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience with direct ownership of complex workflow platforms.
• Demonstrated experience designing or delivering agentic AI, autonomous systems, or AI orchestration frameworks.
• Proven experience in healthcare IT, preferably with EHRs or clinical operations.
• Must be based in the United States (Employment visa sponsorship is not available).
• Working knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements, specifically HIPAA.
• Technical fluency in LLMs, agent orchestration, task decomposition, and guardrails.

Nice to have

• Experience in behavioral health, primary care, or inpatient systems.
• Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI frameworks, or clinical decision support regulation.
• Experience working with Copilots, digital assistants, or multi-agent systems.
• Experience launching platform-level capabilities rather than point features.
