What you will do

• Define and champion a long-term product strategy integrating AI-led experiences with legacy platform features.
• Own Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives to drive user activation, conversion, and long-term retention.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product organization including design and product operations.
• Partner with Growth, Finance, and Engineering to optimize pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Establish operational rigor for roadmap planning, resource allocation, and high-velocity execution.
• Direct UX research to ground product decisions in deep customer insights and data-driven analysis.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive product management experience with 8+ years in executive leadership.
• 5+ years leading product teams through large-scale transformation.
• Proven success in high-growth, subscription-based businesses (Consumer and SMB).
• Deep understanding of AI-enabled products and modern product development practices.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of driving material growth in LTV and acquisition.
• Exceptional executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in legal tech, fintech, or other highly regulated industries.
• Background in building marketplace product experiences.
