• Deliver legal information through written responses via the Ask a Legal Pro service.
• Conduct 20-minute live consultations with customers via phone or video conference.
• Collaborate virtually with clients to resolve legal matters in your licensed jurisdiction.
• Manage client interactions and provide practical legal advice across various practice areas.

Requirements

• Active license in at least one US state with good standing and no public disciplinary action.
• At least 1 year of practical experience advising individuals or businesses.
• Must maintain professional liability insurance as per terms of service.
• Strong verbal communication skills for effective remote consultations.
• Comfort with technology and ability to learn internal platform tools quickly.
• Customer-first mentality with a dedication to high-quality service.
