Senior Technical Project Manager

TL;DR

Senior Technical Project Manager (Project Anchor): Overseeing mission-critical data platform delivery for national security objectives with an accent on Agile delivery, stakeholder alignment, and complex system integration. Focus on managing project timelines, dependencies, and risks within highly regulated, secure environments.

Location: Must be based at Patrick Space Force Base, FL (Onsite, up to 5 days/week)

What you will do

• Own delivery execution for a mission-critical data platform supporting national security objectives.
• Drive Agile delivery practices across engineering and platform teams.
• Partner with technical leads and architects to align delivery plans with system architecture and mission priorities.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear updates for stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active DoW TS/SCI clearance.
• 7+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or delivery leadership.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and delivery frameworks.
• Ability to engage with engineers and architects on system design, cloud infrastructure, and platform architecture.
• Experience working in regulated or high-security environments.
• Must be able to work onsite regularly at Patrick Space Force Base, FL.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure environments.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, containerized systems, or modern data platforms.
• Experience with DevSecOps or CI/CD-driven delivery environments.
• PMP, SAFe (SA), or CSM certifications.
