What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program execution across supply chain, PLM, and engineering using SPDP and Agile methodologies.
• Manage global and local projects ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-benefit delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across BUs and corporate functions to align program objectives with strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, resource allocations, and financial forecasts.
• Facilitate executive-level communication, program reviews, and reporting.
• Coach and mentor project managers across BU or cluster teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related technical field.
• 6-10 years of project/program management experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or PLM environments.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience with ERP and PLM platforms such as SAP and Windchill.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery with working experience in Scrum or SAFe frameworks.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Experience with ADKAR or similar change management frameworks.
• Proficiency with project management tools like MS Project, Power BI, or Planview.
