Salary: $70–$75 per hour

What you will do

• Facilitate team ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, execution-ready backlog.
• Shield teams from external interference to ensure optimal productivity.
• Coach teams on Agile practices, values, and growth mindset.
• Identify and address impediments while managing interdependencies between teams.
• Assess Agile maturity and design paths for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Previous experience as a Scrum Master
• Experience guiding teams through Agile transformation
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in presentation and relationship management
• Ability to multitask in a cross-functional environment

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Agile certification
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
• Project management experience
