What you will do

• Source and evaluate new real estate acquisition and development opportunities.
• Lead underwriting and financial modeling to assess investment viability.
• Oversee due diligence and perform site evaluations to make selection recommendations.
• Manage the entitlement, design, construction, and scheduling processes of multiple complex projects.
• Develop feasibility modeling, including capital costs budgeting and pro forma return measurements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align project requirements with profit goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in real estate development, architecture, construction management, or urban planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or Urban Planning.
• Strong knowledge of local zoning regulations, building codes, and permitting requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Microsoft Project is a plus.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
