What you will do

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion.
• Monitor project progress, design adherence, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Establish and maintain construction budgets and project schedules.
• Prepare bid invitations, qualify bids, and review change orders.
• Manage pay applications and provide internal and external status reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members to resolve emerging issues.

Requirements

• BS degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering.
• 5-10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in healthcare.
• Advanced knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
• Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work 100% in-office in Dallas, TX.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States required.
