What you will do

• Review engineering packages for constructability and develop comprehensive bid packages for RFPs.
• Create detailed execution plans, schedules, and material estimates.
• Manage project costs, including tracking trends, projections, and processing change orders.
• Facilitate safety and quality plans while overseeing field execution.
• Coordinate construction crews to support plant operations and report progress.
• Interface with owners, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.
• 5-10 years of industrial facility construction management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Lean Construction/Six Sigma Principles (Target Value Delivery, LPS).
• Experience with AI tools like Copilot in daily workflows.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
