What you will do

• Create AI-based workflows using tools like Claude to manage Higher Education accounts and content operations.
• Design and deliver AI Process Engineer workshops to certify the customer base.
• Develop new hirify.global University courses, including drafting scripts, recording screens, and preparing demo apps.
• Update existing course materials and support the Learning Management System (LMS) migration.
• Support Higher Education partners by managing Salesforce records, analyzing usage, and drafting curricula for lectures and labs.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Engineering, Education, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken communication in German and English.
• Proficiency in using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for professional work.
• Self-starter mindset with a genuine interest in educational technology and learner experience.
• Must be based in Munich for hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

• Exposure to manufacturing or life sciences environments.
• Prior experience creating technical documentation, video material, or learning content.
