What you will do

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a group of up to 100 Student Advocates through regular communication.
• Act as a primary communication channel between Student Advocates and the internal Schools Team.
• Collaborate on implementing student-led ideas to increase engagement with the FT in schools.
• Gather feedback from advocates to inform ongoing project development.
• Engage with teachers to share progress updates and program ideas.

Requirements

• Must be a current undergraduate university student.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse group.
• Confidence in managing multiple stakeholders including students and teachers.
• Must be based in the US to align with the program's operational requirements.
