What you will do

• Manage an independent caseload of employment rights claims.
• Assist with complex employment rights cases under appropriate supervision.
• Support cases from inception through resolution.
• Apply sound theoretical knowledge, judgement, and effective case-management skills.
• Work with experienced legal professionals to progress cases and achieve strong client outcomes.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with experience handling employment rights claims.
• Ideally 0–2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Empathic approach and strong commitment to client care.
• Interest in progressing a legal career in employment rights.
