What you will do
- Guide patients through enrollment, onboarding, and prescription fulfillment via phone, email, and chat.
- Coordinate between patients, providers, and insurers to resolve barriers related to insurance or affordability.
- Perform insurance verification, benefits coordination, and support financial assistance programs.
- Document interactions accurately and triage clinical questions to pharmacists or appropriate teams.
- Identify patient experience gaps and provide feedback to improve internal processes and products.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information in compliance with HIPAA.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Pittsburgh, PA.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including Saturdays.
