What you will do

• Process e-filing, order and referral management, and insurance verifications.
• Evaluate medical documents and file them electronically into patient charts using various EHR software.
• Ensure strict adherence to client protocols, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and HIPAA guidelines.
• Manage high volumes of data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Track completed transactions and report productivity variances to management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a designated, secure, and private workspace with reliable internet for remote capacity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to adapt to company-specific software.
• Strong attention to detail and fast, accurate typing/data entry skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting and talking for extended periods.

Nice to have

• Experience with health information management (HIM) concepts.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and medical terminology.
