What you will do

• Analyze and evaluate production performance metrics including WIP, yield, and quality to ensure operational targets are met.
• Lead, train, and mentor production staff while enforcing safety policies and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain strong cross-functional collaboration with managers and support teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor and manage employee performance, addressing issues and identifying opportunities for professional growth.
• Prepare accurate daily production reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee the production area to ensure alignment with 5S principles and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• 1–2 years of experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
• Proven supervisory experience leading teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in manufacturing data analytics tools such as SAP or Spotfire.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including PivotTables and data analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of RBA or CSR compliance guidelines.
• Experience with performance management and conflict resolution in a production environment.
