What you will do

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs for mechanical and piping projects using drawings and specifications.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and bills of materials.
• Analyze project plans, schedules, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with the Australian estimating team to meet tender deadlines.
• Review supplier and subcontractor quotations and pricing.
• Identify project risks, cost-saving opportunities, and value engineering options.

Requirements

• Experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor in mechanical construction, specifically with piping systems.
• Proficiency in iTwo CostX, Bluebeam, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Must be based in the Philippines.

Nice to have

• Experience with Australian standards.
• Knowledge of PowerBI or data analytics.
