What you will do

• Supervise daily activities of the facilities team to install, inspect, repair, and maintain building systems.
• Manage work schedules, staffing, and training requirements to maximize team productivity.
• Ensure compliance with local governmental regulations and support audits or agency visits.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical concerns and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to the development of processes and procedures for continuous improvement.
• Provide input for performance reviews and coach team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or university degree.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• High attention to detail.
