What you will do

• Lead process design, characterization, and qualification for semiconductor product lines.
• Drive yield improvement, quality enhancement, and cost reduction projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Monitor production line performance, analyze process data, and implement corrective actions for out-of-control conditions.
• Conduct feasibility studies for equipment and process improvements.
• Maintain procedural documentation and work instructions to ensure compliance.
• Perform root cause analysis and lead qualification activities for new projects and materials.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or Physics.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in both Front-of-Line (FOL) and End-of-Line (EOL) processes.
• Strong background in process engineering, root cause analysis, and qualification.
• Experience leading or supporting Lean Six Sigma improvement projects.
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and work instructions.
