Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London (Hybrid: 3 days in office)

What you will do

  • Own the full acquisition funnel from search to first trade, ensuring all actions drive measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Identify and execute high-impact SEO and ASO opportunities, managing technical audits and content briefs.
  • Integrate AI tooling to scale content production, automate technical checks, and improve visibility in AI-driven search tools.
  • Collaborate with the website manager on headless CMS builds, Core Web Vitals, and structured data implementation.
  • Report performance metrics to senior stakeholders, connecting organic rankings to conversion and revenue growth.
  • Partner with the central SEO hub in Poland to align on technical execution and strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on SEO and ASO experience with a focus on revenue and pipeline growth.
  • Strong technical SEO skills including crawl analysis, Core Web Vitals, hreflang, and structured data.
  • Proven ability to work directly in a headless CMS environment alongside engineering teams.
  • Experience working within content constraints and legal compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to make prioritization calls and ship work in short, fast-paced sprints.
  • Must be able to work in the London office 3 days per week.
