What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues on audiovisual and cinema systems both remotely and on-site.
• Perform emergency repairs, planned maintenance, and installations at customer locations.
• Ensure compliance with service KPIs, safety regulations, and company code of conduct.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory consumption and equipment usage.
• Provide technical training to customers to ensure effective operation of systems.
• Manage assigned tools and equipment to ensure they remain in good working condition.

Requirements

• Must be local to Minneapolis, MN
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in technical support, networking, field service, or PC repair.
• 3-5 years of experience in the repair, maintenance, or theory of digital projection and audio systems.
• Ability to travel frequently, including international trips, often on short notice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adhere to strict Health and Safety policies and legal requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with audio/video test and calibration equipment.
• Strong understanding of electrical/electronic circuits and AV signal flow.
• Experience with multimedia equipment installation.
• Ability to provide on-call support.
