What you will do

• Drive test vehicles for long-distance local and multi-day missions across the U.S.
• Perform daily vehicle start-up, system engagement, and shutdown procedures.
• Monitor and troubleshoot software and hardware systems in real-time while on the road.
• Execute testing according to strict safety and compliance protocols.
• Maintain accurate reports on vehicle performance and provide feedback to engineers.
• Represent the organization professionally while driving in public environments.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent with two years of work experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet strict driving record requirements.
• Ability to pass a ten-panel drug screening and criminal background check.
• Technical proficiency with computers and basic hardware/software troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work rotating schedules and travel frequently, including by air.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in technical driving, fleet operations, or vehicle testing.
• Familiarity with vehicle diagnostics and data logging tools.
• Experience with work management tools like Jira and Slack.
