What you will do

• Prepare and maintain development vehicles and HIL/SIL benches, including software updates and instrumentation.
• Execute detailed test plans on-road, at proving grounds, and in winter test sites.
• Operate data acquisition tools (CAN/Ethernet, IMU/WSS) to ensure high-quality datasets.
• Load and manage calibration software using toolchains like CRETA/CalPortal and VeSCoM.
• Post-process test data and create concise summaries for engineering teams.
• Coordinate vehicle readiness and instrumentation installs with internal and supplier teams.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Automotive/Mechanical/Electrical Technology or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience with vehicle testing, diagnostics, or calibration in garages or proving grounds.
• Basic understanding of braking, stability, traction control, and suspension systems.
• Proficiency with PC tools for data logging and basic analysis (Excel).
• Must have valid US work authorization (no sponsorship provided).
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours based on test schedules.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Experience with ABS/ESC/TCS testing.
• Familiarity with GM-specific tools (CalPortal, VeSCoM).
• Scripting skills in MATLAB or Python.
