What you will do

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments and manage bookings with freight forwarders.
• Ensure shipping documentation is accurate, compliant, and aligned with international trade regulations.
• Optimize freight costs and identify process improvements for standardized distribution practices.
• Maintain logistics records and support month-end reporting processes.
• Collaborate with order management, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure smooth distribution.

Requirements

• DEC in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in freight coordination or logistics within an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of import/export operations, customs procedures, and international trade.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Resume must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• French language proficiency.
