Salary: $50,000–$65,000

What you will do

• Prepare and process purchase orders while ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
• Analyze purchasing reports to prioritize orders and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, and invoices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure cost-effective supply.
• Develop and track actionable supplier KPIs to improve performance visibility.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs.

Requirements

• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant procurement or supply chain experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Oracle or SAP SCM for purchase order management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Ability to operate effectively in both centralized and decentralized procurement environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience within the elevator industry or a similar industrial/technical sector.
