TL;DR

Technical Integrations Engineer (Medtech): Diagnosing integration problems, scoping solutions, and working with engineering teams to deliver a system-wide platform that connects everyone through communication. Focus on investigating integration issues end-to-end, tracing data flows across platforms, and translating requirements into technical briefs.

Location: Hybrid, London (Shoreditch). Must be in the office 3 days a week, with core hours of 10am - 4pm

Salary: £115,000 – £135,000 + shares + share options up to £50,000

hirify.global is building a single, system-wide platform that connects everyone through communication in healthcare.

What you will do

  • Own the customer-facing technical relationship with NHS trusts, running workshops and building lasting relationships with IT managers and clinical stakeholders.
  • Investigate integration issues end-to-end, tracing data flows across platforms and messaging standards to find root causes and drive resolution.
  • Translate new requirements and edge cases into well-defined technical briefs for the Integrations Lead and product team.
  • Partner with engineering teams and partners, writing clear definitions, reviewing delivered work, and flagging edge cases.
  • Contribute to clinical, security, and data safety gates, drawing on real customer evidence to validate new integrations.
  • Own internal documentation on trust-specific configurations and common integration patterns.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background with code, APIs, and healthcare interoperability standards like HL7, FHIR, and MESH.
  • Experience working directly with customers or external stakeholders in a technical capacity.
  • Ability to switch between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable investigating issues across complex distributed systems.
  • Experience working in or with the NHS, particularly with trust IT teams or EPR/PAS vendors.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple trust engagements in parallel.
