What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to support the full end-to-end sales process.
• Own delivery of Proof of Value (POV) engagements and ensure customer needs are met.
• Present Threat Intelligence Reports and provide advice to technical teams and C-level executives.
• Design and build custom client integrations and define solution architectures.
• Act as the go-to technical point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Technical background with experience in pre-sales and/or post-sales engagements (Solutions Engineer / Sales Engineer).
• Strong interest in cybersecurity and knowledge of network and security devices/systems (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, firewalls, IDA, IPS, SIEM).
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and common networking protocols.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex technical information clearly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with teams, and deliver to deadlines.
• Ability to build long-lasting business relationships.
