What you will do

• Lead multi-discipline teams of engineers and technicians on high-profile municipal water and wastewater projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across multiple disciplines.
• Prepare complex engineering deliverables and conduct research for equipment and material recommendations.
• Supervise and mentor engineering staff, identifying developmental growth opportunities and managing performance.
• Serve as the technical leader and responsible charge for complex design-build and collaborative delivery projects.
• Coordinate directly with clients to identify key interests and manage project changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Active engineering registration or licensure (PE license) to support Engineer of Record (EOR) requirements.
• Experience executing complex multi-discipline WTP and WWTP upgrades and expansion projects.
• Ability to complete pre-employment background checks, drug screens, and motor vehicle records searches.
• Previous experience in engineering consulting.
