What you will do

• Lead the transition from project award through final design, serving as the primary technical contact for the Owner.
• Manage multiple third-party design firms for electrical, civil, and structural designs.
• Coordinate and lead design reviews at each milestone with owners and third-party personnel.
• Manage RFIs and design changes while supporting commissioning and as-built documentation.
• Ensure project designs meet contractual, technical, safety, and quality requirements.
• Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering from an ABET accredited college.
• 5+ years of progressive engineering experience in heavy civil, industrial, utilities, or power generation.
• Work authorization for the USA (implied by benefits and company structure).
• Preferably hold an EIT or FE certificate upon hire (or obtain EIT within 1 year).
• PE licensure is preferred, with a strong emphasis on electrical engineering.

Nice to have

• Experience in renewable energy sectors, specifically Wind, Solar, or BESS.
