What you will do

• Lead technical direction and design quality for complex, multi-discipline projects.
• Manage project health, scope alignment, and financial performance.
• Mentor and develop designers and engineers through coaching and design oversight.
• Improve firmwide standards by leading documentation updates and workflow enhancements.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients and participate in business development.
• Conduct site visits and field verifications to ensure coordinated project delivery.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• 12+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services.
• RCDD certification is required.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam, and Microsoft 365.
• Proven experience in technical leadership, QA/QC oversight, and mentoring.
• Ability to travel to client sites for meetings and inspections.

Nice to have

• EIT or PE licensure.
• CDT certification.
• PMP certification.
• Advanced degree (MS or MBA).
