What you will do

• Manage a varied caseload of EL/PL claims on behalf of insurance clients.
• Review evidence including witness statements, medical records, and inspection reports.
• Develop and implement strategies for claim management and litigation.
• Instruct experts, counsel, and investigators as required.
• Draft legal documents, cost schedules, and pre-trial reports.
• Ensure full compliance with SRA Standards and Regulations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Bolton, UK.
• Proven experience handling a caseload of EL/PL files.
• Previous litigation experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-track cases up to £100K.
• Familiarity with non-delegated authority claims handling.
