Salary: $132,900–$158,400 per year.

What you will do
- Own the product direction for analytics, data pipelines, and reporting systems within federal healthcare programs.
- Define and execute roadmaps focused on scalability, data quality, and operational efficiency.
- Translate complex data workflows into clear product requirements and actionable deliverables.
- Partner with data engineers to shape data models, ETL pipelines, and distributed processing systems.
- Lead efforts to modernize legacy analytics workflows and reduce manual, redundant processes.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across technical and non-technical groups to ensure alignment and transparency.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a cross-functional agile environment.
- US Citizenship or Green Card (no sponsorship provided) and US residency for at least the past 3 years.
- Ability to successfully complete a US Government background investigation for Public Trust.
- Strong experience owning products involving data pipelines, analytics, or reporting systems.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance practices.
- Proven ability to operate independently and lead in ambiguous, high-pressure environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with Databricks, Spark, or AWS data services (S3, Glue, Lambda).
- Background in healthcare data, CMS programs, or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with FHIR, eCQM, or quality reporting systems.
- Experience modernizing legacy data systems or analytics workflows.
