Senior Product Manager (Healthcare)

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Healthcare): Owning core domains of the marketplace, such as pricing, matching, reliability, and facility onboarding, with an accent on building mental models grounded in customer conversations and data. Focus on picking the right metrics and stewarding improvements through research, experiments, and technical investments.

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA or New York City). Must be able to work 2-3 days per week out of either our NYC or San Francisco office

Salary: $160K – $225K • $50K – $150K Equity

What you will do

• Build mental models grounded in customer conversations, support tickets, Salesforce, and data.
• Select metrics to measure customer service effectiveness and propose proxy metrics when necessary.
• Steward improvements through research, experiments, and core flow changes.
• Document and share insights to enable autonomous decisions by engineers and informed feedback from leadership.
• Work alongside an Applied Science team to leverage quantitative infrastructure for pricing algorithms and experiment frameworks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in marketplaces.
• Ability to query data using SQL or equivalent.
• Experience shipping meaningful features on a small, fast-moving team.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to work 2-3 days per week out of either our NYC or San Francisco office.
• Extreme ownership and curiosity.
• Ability to hold and update a clear point of view based on data.

Nice to have

• Background in marketplace product, ops research, or operating roles at fast-scaling startups.
