What you will do

• Implement hirify.global’s widget and features on merchant e-commerce sites to ensure seamless integration.
• Lead technical implementation calls with merchants, translating complex concepts into actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Account Executives, Customer Success, and Software Engineers.
• Develop custom scripting solutions to resolve implementation blockers and technical issues.
• Monitor product behavior, identify anomalies, and proactively surface optimized solutions.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and manage the implementation queue via Salesforce and Linear.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 1-2 years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholder needs.
• Comfortable using AI tools like Cursor or Claude Code to accelerate development and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Attention to detail and ability to learn new platforms and concepts quickly.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce.
• Prior front-end development experience.
• BS/BA in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
