Location: Must be based in the United States (Lehi, Utah office available for hybrid work).

What you will do
- Implement ’s widget and features on merchant e-commerce sites to ensure seamless integration.
- Lead technical implementation calls with merchants, translating complex concepts into actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Account Executives, Customer Success, and Software Engineers.
- Develop custom scripting solutions to resolve implementation blockers and technical issues.
- Monitor product behavior, identify anomalies, and proactively surface optimized solutions.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and manage the implementation queue via Salesforce and Linear.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 1-2 years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholder needs.
- Comfortable using AI tools like Cursor or Claude Code to accelerate development and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Attention to detail and ability to learn new platforms and concepts quickly.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce.
- Prior front-end development experience.
- BS/BA in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
