What you will do

• Lead implementation of large features and multi-sprint projects using React and TypeScript.
• Architect and build scalable, reusable component libraries and design system integrations.
• Translate design specs and acceptance criteria into robust, accessible UI solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product managers, QA, and backend engineers.
• Contribute to proofs-of-concept and prototypes to validate UX approaches.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on frontend development.
• Deep proficiency in React (hooks, context, lifecycle) and TypeScript/modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proven experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, React Query) and build tooling (Vite, Webpack).
• Proficiency with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, v0) to accelerate development.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) for deploying frontend applications.
• Experience with server-side rendering or meta-frameworks like Next.js or Remix.
• Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture and web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
