What you will do

• Lead implementation for large-scale features and multi-sprint projects using React and TypeScript.
• Architect and maintain scalable, reusable component libraries and design systems.
• Translate complex design specifications into accessible, performant UI solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.
• Influence engineering practices regarding testing, performance, and design hygiene.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality features.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on frontend development.
• Deep proficiency in React (hooks, context, lifecycle patterns) and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with RESTful API integration and state management solutions.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks like Jest or Cypress.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude to accelerate development.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and frontend deployment.
