What you will do

• Build and maintain user-facing applications using Angular, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript based on Figma specifications.
• Write and maintain Selenium and Cypress end-to-end tests to ensure high automated test coverage.
• Ensure all frontend implementations strictly adhere to WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Debug, optimize, and monitor applications across test and production environments via CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, QA, and UX designers within a SAFe agile framework.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the program's Design System components.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant engineering experience and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and Angular.
• Experience implementing UI designs from Figma or similar tooling.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright).
• Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Must be able to pass a US federal background investigation.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with federal agency digital services or government contracting.
• Experience with accessibility testing tools such as Axe, pa11y, ANDI, JAWS, or NVDA.
• Knowledge of USWDS component standards or Design System governance.
• Exposure to SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
