What you will do

• Independently manage a caseload of property damage and insurance coverage claims.
• Support lead lawyers on high-value litigation cases exceeding £1 million.
• Draft legal advices, court applications, and proceedings.
• Conduct thorough investigations and legal research on liability and quantum.
• Present technical legal seminars and workshops to insurer clients.
• Ensure full compliance with SRA Standards and Regulations.

Requirements

• Must be a qualified Solicitor or FILEX.
• Proven experience in defendant property insurance litigation.
• Thorough understanding of property law, negligence, and breach of contract.
• Strong ability to prioritize workload and manage complex litigation.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with senior claims handlers.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work from the office at least one day per week.
